Executed Projects

The project involves the construction of (15) modern residential floors with complete site services, dedicated to Russian experts and their families working on the construction and development of the Al-Yousifiya Thermal Power Plant. The project was completed according to the latest specifications within the specified period from 2001 to 2002, at a cost of eight million Iraqi dinars.

Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Justice building located in the Al-Salihiyah area, which was damaged during the destruction events of 2003. The building was fully rehabilitated using the best construction materials. The rehabilitation was carried out exclusively by the company’s specialized teams, using direct implementation methods, within a record time shorter than the contracted period, at a cost of 1.6 billion Iraqi dinars in 2004-2005.

Construction of foundations, concrete floors, and infrastructure for Al-Bakr Fuel Station in 2006, for the Ministry of Defense, delivered according to specifications with a contract value of $450,000.

Construction began on three residential buildings, each with three floors and six apartments per floor, located in the Saba’ Abkar area in Baghdad. The project was for the General Housing Authority / Ministry of Construction and Housing. Work started with land excavation, leveling, and surveying, followed by foundation and concrete works in collaboration with a specialized concrete company at the site.

The project was fully completed by the company’s own teams using direct execution methods, within the contracted period, and the work was handed over without any remarks or deficiencies in 2006-2007, with a total cost of 1.8 billion Iraqi dinars.

The rehabilitation work was carried out on Al-Karrar Primary School located in the Al-Alawi area for the Ministry of Education / Directorate of Education in Karkh. All interior and exterior building walls were stripped, replastered, and whitewashed. Electrical systems were installed, and the school floors were removed and replaced with high-quality tiles and ceramics that passed laboratory tests. The school's external fence was demolished and rebuilt. Additionally, the roof's stucco was removed and replaced with 80x80 cm stucco tiles, and new walkways were constructed.

The work was completed exclusively by the company’s teams at a cost of 450 million Iraqi dinars during 2006-2007.

The project involved the complete removal of all ceramic tiles in the swimming pool and their replacement with high-quality acid-resistant tiles from well-known international manufacturers. The entire disinfection/chlorination system was replaced, along with the lighting fixtures for the main pool basin. Additionally, the changing rooms, bathrooms, shower and cleaning systems were renovated. Walkways and gardens were rehabilitated, and the shaded areas and rest zones were upgraded. The GYM facility was also fully renovated, with a total project cost of 350 million IQD during the years 2007–2008.

Rehabilitation and Renovation of the Al-Wathbah Water Pressure Station in Bab Al-Muadham (2008–2009), affiliated with the Baghdad Governorate, which supplies water to the Rusafa district. The old station was dismantled and replaced with a newly established German-manufactured station equipped with six booster pumps. The sedimentation basin was rehabilitated, epoxy flooring was applied, all walkways were tiled, and a new administration building and sanitary facilities were constructed. The total project cost amounted to 850 million IQD.

The former People's Army Building, located in the Al-Harthiya area near the Clock Tower, was completely demolished during the years 2008–2009. The demolition included all eight floors along with the basement shelter. All debris was fully removed, and the land was leveled using compacted subgrade soil by the company's workforce within a record time, and the site was handed over to the beneficiary authority.

Rehabilitation of Al-Mansour Foundational Secondary School for Boys in Al-Mansour was carried out in 2009 for the benefit of the Ministry of Education – School Buildings Directorate. The project included the renovation of classrooms, administrative offices, and the library. All old tiles in classrooms, corridors, and restrooms were removed and replaced. New bathrooms and a garden were constructed, and the facades and fences were fully painted and rehabilitated. The project was completed ahead of schedule with a total cost of 650 million IQD.

Construction of a high-quality residential complex with modern technical specifications, executed exclusively by the company’s workforce. The complex consists of 450 residential units with varying sizes of 160 m², 210 m², and 250 m², located in the city of Koysanjaq in Erbil Governorate. The project was completed in 2010 in cooperation with the Kurdistan Regional Government for Jawadir Company, with a duration of 34 months.

Construction of Al-Mutawakkil School in Samarra, consisting of two floors and containing 18 classrooms. The project was commissioned by the Ministry of Education and built in the Islamic Jafari architectural style during 2009–2010. The debris of the old school, which was destroyed by terrorists, was removed, and the new school was constructed based on modern designs. It was delivered without any defects, at a cost of 1,275 million IQD.

The company was commissioned to rehabilitate the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building, which was damaged as a result of the criminal act of the massive explosion that targeted the ministry’s building in the 28th of April area. Rehabilitation work began on the Attestation Building and the Consulate Building, covering all related sections, under the direct order of the then Minister of Foreign Affairs.

The work included debris removal and rehabilitation of secondary ceilings, walls, floors, surveillance systems, and the entire electrical power system, in addition to repairing the building fences and the main external perimeter fence of the ministry building. The project was completed and handed over within a short and record time, earning letters of appreciation from the minister.

Following this, the company was assigned to rehabilitate the three floors of the central building housing the minister’s office and its annexed offices. This work included flooring, furnishing, and was carried out in three daily work shifts. Despite the complexity of the tasks, the project was delivered within just 15 days and was again acknowledged with letters of thanks and appreciation in 2010.

The total cost of the project was 2.45 billion IQD.

The company was commissioned to rehabilitate Al-Rasheed Hotel, covering numerous aspects including all buildings and hotel facilities. The work was carried out by the company’s own workforce, with specialized foreign experts brought in for certain tasks.

One of the most important tasks was the rehabilitation of the hotel's central cooling system. A massive cooling system with a capacity of 1,100 tons was directly imported through the company’s trading department, manufactured in the USA, along with all necessary accessories. The system was installed, tested, and operated with high efficiency.

A letter of thanks and appreciation was issued by the Ministry of Culture, the supervising member for hosting the Arab Summit in Baghdad in 2014.

A contract was signed with the Ministry of Agriculture to construct standardized warehouses (Gamlons) for storing wheat, with a very high storage capacity of up to 100,000 tons in the Taza area. The flooring was tiled and leveled according to specifications under the supervision of the resident engineer. High-quality metal materials and structures from reputable manufacturers were used. The project was completed within the contractual period exclusively by the company’s workforce, with a total cost of 950 million Iraqi dinars in 2013.

A total of 250 foldable caravans measuring 12m x 4m were prepared using fire-resistant materials to aid displaced persons on behalf of the Ministry of Migration and Displacement. The contract was awarded in coordination with the UNHCR, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Iraq.

Work has commenced on the residential complex project in Diwaniyah / Al-Atarawiyah, an investment project contracted by our company with the Diwaniyah Investment Authority. The project covers an area of 378 dunams. The company began preparing modern architectural designs, taking into consideration the development of diverse housing units. Some units are horizontal, consisting of villas with very modern designs and various sizes, while others are vertical buildings with four floors containing apartments of different sizes: 75 m², 105 m², and 135 m².

The project also includes green spaces suitable for children, playgrounds, entertainment and commercial centers, a sewage treatment plant, and water desalination and purification stations dedicated to the complex, in addition to parking areas. The designs aim to present the complex in a manner befitting the residents of the province, with a focus on using the best construction and sanitary materials for all aspects of the work.

The contract value was 180 million USD.

In 2022, an agreement was made with Al-Burhan Company to construct an aircraft maintenance Gamlon at Baghdad International Airport. Our team built it according to international specifications, using heavy-duty steel for the Gamlon and installing an external electronic main entrance gate. The project was delivered to Al-Burhan Company in accordance with the required specifications, at a cost of 1,250,000 USD.
